Splendor found in garage

Hi!

In the garage of my girlfriend's grandfather (Belgium) we found two old racing bikes, one of which is this Splendor which is in quite a good shape (I cleaned it, pumped up the tubes and it rides very well. I think it stayed in the garage for at least 20 years.
I cannot find much about it on the internet. No serial number (only cinelli on the bottom bracket shell).
Anyone knows more about these bikes and potentially what year approximately this one is from?
(The family knows nothing about the bikes)

High end race bike. Very probably pro level due to the braze on for the race number.

Splendor were a Belgian pro team from the mid 70s- late 80s.

A local brand called "de lepeleire sport". Never heard of ..
