Old School Grand Master
As above, Looking for spin or spinergy wheels, regular tri spoke spins, or the 5 spoke "Thug" model

And/Or

Spinergy's any model considered, any damage or anything considered too.. If there broke I may still take them

i am probably going to be selling my spinergy wheels, they are slightly miss matched though.

the rear is a xyclone with yellow pbo spokes and a ceramic rim with large yellow spinergy decal on the rim, the hub is black.

the front is a spox hub which is mostly black with silver edges, again the spokes are yellow pbo's and the rim is the same ceramic as the rear but the logo is white lettering.

if the logo's were removed the only asthetic difference would be the hubs.

the bearings are perfect, the ceramic surface is good, and they are straight . . . well the rear is but the front is having a spoke nipple replaced at the mo and i didn't have the tool so i gave it to gary at GA cycles to fix as he is used by the spinergy importer as the service centre for the UK

i was thinking £100 posted once the front is sorted. the non ceramic version with red spokes went on ebay for 126 a few weeks ago so i think that's fair.

:)

 oooh, yes please, pending pics, i'd love first dibs on those :D

i'm looking too get a few sets so keep offers coming fellas ;)

I saw these, not so keen on wheels that're lightly damaged... well cracked..

I'll see if there re-listed lower, as it's hard as hell too buy a 24 hole rim...

I have some gipiemme techno 5 spoke MTB wheels that I bought on a whim a few years ago but did not use (they are sitting under my desk at work). I believe that the rim is ceramic (though I could be wrong) with red anno blades (some fading but nothing too bad) mated to the central hub. I haven't tried, but I velieve you could if you wanted to, take the blades off of the rim, as the rim is atachedf to the blades using bolts. Rims are true, hubs probably need a bearing grease, as they have sat under my desk for two years. Not sure if they are ball or sealed bearing though.

I can take some pics if you are interested, though they are at work, so will not be able to get any until tomorrow.

I was told whwn I bought them that when new, they were something silly like £1399 for the pair, but I'll not be asking anwhere near that for them

I'll sort you out some pics of the wheels I have tomorrow, but to whet your appetite, they are the same as these, but in red:

They look the nuts in silver I think, so would be very tempted to polish them up. At present they also have the original decals on them, which I think is unusual, just like the wheels!
