You need to heat the entire rim uniformely and carefully separate the bonding. Maybe you can do it with a heat gun. If you crack the carbon fiber lay-up in any way (not the resin but the actual twill), then you will have to do additional lay up in that area to reinforce the damage. Your next challenge is getting the carbon spokes onto a donor and uniformely bonding the two. The surfaces needs to be sterile and ideally a commercial-grade UV epoxy is used.It is just the rim that’s cracked not the carbon?
