the last pair i owned a few years ago had the same amount of wobble..i suggest its the maufacturing at fault...

My mate had ones which were like that from new, he took them back and got sent replacements which were even worse :?

Still wobbleing around on his GT Zaskar as far as I know

that is a deviance from true of 1-2mm surely?

mine were more wobbly than that...couldnt use v brakes cos they were too far from the rim so they wouldnt catch.had to puul the lever most of the way in before they bit....shame..i really like them too...

Not as like new as these....and these aren't 2-3mm out of round or trueness either.

im thinking of selling my hopes on mavics(217 and 231cd on hope ti glide in purple)so i can buy a pair of those.....veeery nice wheels yet not too popular on here for some reason..on this side of the pond that is is..

In 700c wheel land it wouldn't be uncommon to find discs or trispokes like that from new.

this just goes to show why these wheels are not liked. A good ol pair of 3 x double butts can be trued again and again for years to come
