dalecooper Senior Retro Guru Dec 16, 2015 #2 I use them for years now very good pedals with lot's of float. If i use Shimano my knees hurt within a mile. No problems with mud.

NeilM Retrobike Rider Feedback View Dec 22, 2015 #4 Re: I use speedplay's on all my road bikes, Zero's rather than Frog's. I like them, as long as I remember to occasionally dab some lube on the cleat springs. Oh and easy peasy to replace all the bearings, and I mean five minutes per pedal.
