Specific shaped stem

Does anyone know of a manufacturer who makes stems that are this shape:

That is from a Taiwanese manufacturer, but I was wondering whether any other companies had used the same design, as I have an idea that requires a similar shaped stem.

Yeah, the v-split at the top and tightening bolts at the bottom - it would work well for a custom paint job I was considering!

Velo Orange don't seem to have anything similar. Any other suggestions?

Came across this, whilst looking for a different stem, so this is one company who do them. MSC, apparently a Spanish company.
