Noticed that my couple of month old Specialized helmet had a crack in it, with associated dent on Monday morning after a run round Bedgebury.
Phoned up Specialized on Monday, said it had a crack and dent, but didn't remember having crashed in a way to cause any damage like that. Helpful bod said covered by crash replacement anyway, so scooted off to post-office to send helmet and 50% cheque.
Replacement arrived today - just over 72 hours after I phoned them.
