Bought off STW a few weeks ago but thanks to recent bike theft need to get fund to replace steed no. 1, so this is for sale. Lazy copy and paste of words from here
Frame sold. Forks £150 posted.300
SX Trail 2 frame, medium, 2007 model, Fox DHX shock, 170mm travel
Original chainstays cracked in 2010, replaced and used very little since. Rocker replaced at last bearing change. Current bearings all tight. ISCG tabs for chain guide. A bit rough cosmetically, plenty of rubs, chips and scratches but rides the same as ever (the paint is meant to have that camouflaged/patchy effect!). The dink in the down tube has been like that for 2+ years with no ill effects.
Marzocchi 66 RC2X 2007 180mm travel
Very plush, superb damping, stiff. Proper Italian made bombers (not Taiwanese) I like them much more than the Fox 36's on before. Medium spring with air preload. Missing air cover on right leg. Some nicks in stanchions but high up and not rough so no damage to seals (no oil leaks). Serviced this time last year so could probably do with another one.
NOTE: The bars+stem aren't included and the spring is steel rather than the Ti one on the photo.
Seat clamp, XT bottom bracket and FSA headset thrown in but some roughness in both
