What are the walls like? Is the rubber starting to crust at all ?

I bought them boxed NOS 2 yrs ago from an Italy. They were immaculate/ not cracked. I built the bike, road it 4-5times. But keeping uk cold winter garage storage they have cracked a lot to be honest. Good condition, little use but yes cracked.[/quote]
