Specialized/shimano Shoe SPD Cleat Cap/Covers Sole plate

Can any body sell me their unused or used Shimano screw on sole plates for a few quid. I bought some Taho shoes but it says they are clipless (covers are tear away and not replaceable) only and I want to use mine with normal pedals. It loos like the covers which come with other current Shimano shoes will do the job, but I can't find where to buy them separately.
