Specialized S-Works M5 FSR XC - 2003

I am selling my S- Works M5 FSR XC which I have owned from new. Because of an injury I have never been able to use it for anything other than occassional use on the lanes of Hampshire so it is in totally original condition with all its original spec., paint,decals etc. Nothing has ever broken or needed repair other than the odd puncture.

There are a few stone chips here and there and a small bit of damage from the chain (see pic). Other than that it is near perfect.

It did get regular use and an annual service up to two years ago but has been in store since then apart from a few short outings.

The asking price is £1,250 ono

The bike is also on ebay with the auction due to end on Sat.22nd Feb at 16:29.

I know its a bit new to be a true retro just yet but maybe something for the grandkids

Nice bike but it is called Epic.
FSR was different. And in my opinion your asking price is well of the mark. You will struggle to get half that amount.

Many thanks for your feeback. Now that you mention it Epic does sound familiar

To be honest I have no idea what it is worth, hence the ebay route. I was hoping because of its original condition it might fetch a premium. Sadly I know I will never be able to use it for the purpose it was intended otherwise I would keep it.

I do have some local interest but if it sold on ebay I will post the result.
