Got these for 8 notes!!!!

anyone know if they are any good - seem to remember them n some of the higher end specialized BITD.

also whats the best way to polish them up

bendy & flexy were two words used to describe something similar to these many moons ago - I think they were FSA and sold as 'Specialized Strongarm'

Nitromoors paint stripper to remove the laquer, then wire wool, T-Cut, jewelery polishing cloth etc.

The outer ring looks shagged - have something spare for the price of postage...
 
yes I have the FSA ones (if they are the same) and they have started creaking (tapers worn)...

Just done my RTS with it.....magic stuff :cool: Its come up a treat (again), I cant gazing at it (yep, I dont get out much! :LOL: ).
 
give it a good rub down with wet'n'dry sand paper p600, p800 then p1200 then buff up with autosol for a nice mirror finish ;)
 
here they are on my RSP - mine are the 5 arm ones.

worst cranks i ever had the misfortune to use im afraid... extremely flexy, and made a lot of noise straight out of the box (as OEM on a full susser). Horrible.
