She bought this from an old neighbour back in the late 90s. its had an easy life since then , sat in the garage and occasionally given a quick once over by myself.
I'd wager its still on its original everything as i'm struggling to think if i've changed anything barring a chain. or maybe brake pads.... and even then that would be years ago, bu like i said, its seldom turned a wheel for years and then not very far and never off road.
Conti cross country 1.95s rear is cracking a bit , front is good

S Works frame not weighted it but its pretty light , in comparison between my road bike and rockhopper

The only real change was the addition of the adjustable stem, the original it came with is long gone sadly, maybe the seat its been so long I cant really remember.
a few marks on the main contact points of the frame but nothing too bad. just years of being in a garage and the occasional car carrier.
Thats pretty much everything i can think of , i'm not sure if i'd make more breaking the bike but tbh don't have the time or space so you could be in line for a bargain relatively speaking.
I'll answer any queries as best I can. Or any suggestions. Collection preferred or arrange your own courier . Im just outside aberdeen.
I should add , barring faffing about a bit with the rear brakes , this is fully rideable , with nothing rattling / grinding etc. all the bearing feel good
