Specialized Rockhopper

Finally got round to posting up my latest build it currently has flat bars on but as its going to be used properly off road I will switch them for risers once Haggis sends me them I might possibly stick on the talas forks off the wifes bike seeing as she only pootles around on hers with her friend chatting about girls stuff.

Its a 1997 and the forks are about 420mm A to C so I could run shox at short traval i guess. I will probably stick with rigid for a while though

i love these rockhoppers... especially in red.. thats a gorgeous example!

use to have one like this myself until the drive side chainstay snapped at the weld on the dropout...

and then got the rockhopper comp frame im still running as a singlespeed as a warranty replacement

they ride fantastically... its still my favourite bike to ride it fits me perfectly!

Rides really well, although i sold it to a mate a few weeks ago, who then changed his wife so i and am now single speeding it for him

very solid feeling ride and a great fit for me
