Specialized FSR ground control 97/98 rearbrake disc upgrade

i have got back in to MTBing and after breaking my trek frame and not having the funds to by a brand new frame i have bought a 2nd hand FSR but i would like to upgrade the brakes is there a kit on the market so i can convert to disc and if so what caliper and disc do i go with after the conversion

specialized shark fins do turn up from time to time, there are other options albeit more costly options.
