Hi, can anyone give me some information about these Japanese sales platforms? Is direct contact with the owner possible outside the sales platform?

You can only bid and communicate on Yahoo/JP auctions if you have an adress in Japan.
For foreigners there are services like Jauce.com who act as a biding agent and forward the items you bought in a combined shipment.
To my knowledge there is no option to communicate with the seller for foreigners.
