Specialized Epic 56cm Carbon VGC SOLD

Hi I'm putting up for sale my much loved Specialized Epic road bike. The Epic was Specialized first foray into carbon fibre, and this is one of the latter versions, from around '94/'95. Being the 'Mk2' model it has no delamination problems, that was prone on the early bikes, whatsoever. It also has the fab metallic candy red into black paint job. I've ridden the bike extensively and it offers that rarefied mix of stiffness and comfort, it's a joy to ride. The bike does have the usual signs of use but it has been looked after and overall it is in good condition.

Size 56cm. Full Shimano 600 Tri-color group set. Mavic Open 4 CD wheels with Schwalbe Durano Plus tyres. £SOLD

Really nice example... Love he way the candy red still shines through. If I was taller and better looking then I would snap that up!!
