Specialised Hard Rock resto needed or spilt for spares

Hi all
I have 80's/90's spesh that's in need of some resto work
Or I can split it for spares
No suspension still has original tyres and seat, very little use
Been sat outside for a while but not rusty (apart from the chain )
Diacompe brakes
Sun tour gearset

That's clearly had a head on collision at some point. I wouldn't sell it in case of damage/stress to the frame that might not be visable

Upon close inspection forks are FUBAR
bike will be sold for spares only
