The Judy dust seal thread has reminded me about something. Fork seals (it probably wouldn't be much else would it? Although Judy from Richard And Judy now springs to mind. Judge Judy?)
Has anyone ever tried an industrial seal supplier for old seals? I'd be surprised if fork companies designed their own seals (Fox use SKF for example) so it wouldn't too far fetched to think there would be something suitable outside the bike industry available. I these guys will pick out a 'Fox Aircan Seal Kit' if you take in the seals / O rings needed:
