Sorted!! Shoes, MTB or Road, SPD, size 44/45

Looking for some cheap SPD shoes to use on my work bike, MTB or Road style, size 44/45 (UK 10).
Preferably velcro/ratchet fastening.

Saw some of these in a charity shop, lightly used with track pedal cleat. size 10 iirc. can't check if still there until thurs/fri. but i will

see what else comes in.
