SORTED Funk screw in cable stops

So I've lost one of these and was wondering if they are available anywhere? I've looked in all the usual places with no luck. I only need 1! Any ideas?

I can have a small batch of those made if I take the measures next time I am in my shop. I would do them in 6082 aluminium though I guess.

Thanks that sounds great, although I've just inspected the other similar stops on the frame and over time they have all sprained the hole they are screwed into have become loose(no rivnets or proper threads?!)
I'm going to refinish the paint soon so do you think adding new rivnuts all round is a good idea? Or changing the cable stops altogether?
