Some strange looking pedals

Recently I found some strange looking pedals. The pedals are completely made of alloy and are very light.
Anyone here, who has knowledge about these?

Look like Grafton prototypes/rare Excelerator pedals 1995 These are first generation, there was a second. Clip in on one side, regular shoe on the other. Worth quite a bit I suspect.

Check this out re the double sided second gen.

The Grafton Excelerator. A single, short run of those were produced. They weren't polished, & the cages were ti. Solid little things. ...but on the double-sided model, a rock hitting the underside, forward cage would release the cleat up top.

A quote from someone who used the second gen ones.

Very light and should have Ti axles etc.

Re:

I suspected that the pedals are for some sort of cleats.
The axles are non magnetic, so possibly Ti.

They are Ti. Should weigh about 250g which was ridiculously light for the day.
