I really don't know, I bought it back then as a Ritchey. Please feel free to help identifying it!

Agree not a Ritchey, would have downtube under BB gear cable routing and over the rear split clamp Canti mount, not a pipe. Also Ritchey tended to use Tig front triangle and fillet rear Brazed, seat stay cluster arrangement looks like a Ritchey set up though, other than Canti pipe.
Looks more Rocky Mountain to me? They used some of the features and the anti chain suck fitting was never on a Ritchey.

Rocky Mountain used Ritchey drop outs and Logic tubing and the finish on the says looks very RM to me, The frame angles also look very RM, probably an Altitude or Hammer?
