Yes, it's a complete frameset - frame, forks, headset, stem, handlebars and seatpost plus the XT BB & FD for a good measure..

The headshock will probably need to be revived, the rear one is fine.

Shipping to the UK around £59.

What's more likely? Unfortunately the shipping itself costs that much which is why the frameset is priced low to begin with. But I would know for sure only after stripping and packing it up. It might come in as a fiver or so cheaper in the end.
