Bought for spares but rear shock is too long for my frame
These frames aren’t too well known, but get good reviews
Specs/description:
- Rim or disc brake compatible
- Seat tube 27.2mm
- Approx 17.5” from top of seat tube to centre BB (15” from top of top tube ie stand over height)
- approx 20.5” top tube (tube length, C2C might be 21/21.5”)
- Head tube / steerer 110mm long
- Paint is non original and chipped at the edges such as seat post entry, BB and Head tube, where you might expect.
- A few chips here and there and general wear, it’s seen some scrapes
- Rear triangle moves freely and smoothly (bearings are sound)
- All fixings present for rear suspension
- 195mm Fox float RC adjustable with lockout, holds pressure well, stanchions look good [sold]
- Frame comes with black Chris King Headset headset as I cannot get it out. I put this down to the repaint and an extra soft layer of paint when it went in, ie it’s stuck in place
- One headset race is a bit rough and could do with a self-service /clean with solvent and repack (just didn’t get round to this yet, sorry)
- One side of the BB thread seems perfect, but the other has a single thread that looks to be a bit “flat” but should take a BB no issues once you thread it that far in. If I get a moment I’ll test it
