For sale an early MCM team edition, without disc brake tabs; rimbrake only. As you can see I also have the team MCM D900 frame; the carbon full suspension 'freeride' bike. It is also for sale, but it is 1998, so will post it in the other subforum.
Next to this I have the matching saddle, clothing and helmet.
So basically I am looking for another fool for late 90's Giant team bikes that wants to take over from here. There's still a lot more to collect, like the ATX990 or the racing bike version like the MCR monocoque frame.
MCM frames are just not boutique enough to be heavily sought after, but as a daily rider, they are super value for the money and stand apart. The Team editions are not that common and the yellow-purple is a great match for your M950 parts!
This frame:
- a riders bike, used, so expect scratches and paint chips, but all in all in a decent state
- size 19.5", weight 1650gr, 1-1/8", BSA, 135mm, V-brake, 27.2mm seatpost, E-type front derailleur (or high clamp)
- complete build was 9.8kg / 21.9lbs
- It is a very nice timeless frame, Still a great ride, a longer fork makes it a good trail bike, you could even swap the rear dropouts for singlespeed as some people tend to do.
