SOLD: Simplex retrofriction down-tube levers for braze-ons

Design classic, but these don't seem to quite fit my bike which has Campag (fairly standard) down-tube bosses. Perhaps there was a different French size, or I just have too much paint still on the bosses? Anyway, they're now surplus to requirements. Hence £5 posted. Maybe they would, but I think people often ask, and pay, silly money on eBay. They've just lurked in my toolbox ofr several months, and, as described, seemed to be not quite the right fit for my bosses, so if someone else can find a good home for them, then that's fine by me.

I agree, I'm always surprised how much things can cost when you are looking for a small part ( I was looking for campag crank bolt covers and found them selling for more than the crankset cost! ) but I guess if you need something very specific to complete a build you are at the mercy of market forces
