Selling the Raleigh as I don't use it
Raleigh Team Panasonic frame and fork, in Reynolds 753 lightweight steel
Weights are as follows -
1735g - frame with head set fitted.
685g - fork with lower bearing race fitted
Matching frame and fork numbers
Seat tube height - 55cm from centre of BB to centre of top tube
Top Tube length - 57cm from centre of head tube to centre of seat tube
Also included are the headset (Campagnolo - may be Super Record, but not sure) and steerer converter for modern stems
Once built, I quickly realised it was too big for me. As a result, I only did about 50 miles on it. Though it does ride really smoothly, much smoother than my CAADX on 35mm tyres
Frame and forks were blasted to bare metal before repainting, as it was covered in blue Humbrol paint when I got it. Colours aren't original i.e. The white isn't pearlescent, and some of the smaller decals may not be in the correct position.
Some paint rubbed off on the LHS chain stay when I failed to check the wheel had been tightened (first 5 yards), and obviously some paint has come off in the drop outs from wheel fitting and removal. Also some overspray on the headset
There have been two previous owners. Original purchaser moved to New Zealand in the late 80's and sold it to the guy I got it from two years ago
£350 + delivery - Collection from South Shields welcome
