Whole bike is for ideas only. I didn't have any white outer cable left so I used what I had which was from my daughters bike when I re-cabled that. Pink and Brown, it made me laugh.
I'm not sure on the age of the frame, but its not that old. Its in decent enough condition with only a few scratches here and there.
It has a small amount of paint scrape on the drive side and on the inside of the chainstay on the non drive side. Also includes the seat post clamp and the planet-x seat post.
Size is 17 inch centre to centre or 20 inch centre to top. Top tube length is 23 1/4 inches.
