Peugeot, Reynolds 753 lugged steel tubing including 753 forks."Made in France ".

Dimensions : Seat Tube 25" C to T, Top Tube 23 1/2 " C to C. OLD : rear 125 mm, front 101 mm.

Braze-ons etc: 3 x brake cable guides top tube, pair down tube gear lever bosses, pump pip, chain hook, chromed rear gear side chain stay with gear hanger and stop, bosses for 2 bottle cages, brakes for allen bolt fitting.

Extras : Campag head set, Shimano bottom bracket, allen key seat pin bolt, plastic derailleur cable guides under bb shell.

Price : £195.

A classic Reynolds 753 frame. Extremely light for its size. A few marks and touch ups to paint work as is to be expected but no dents or damage to tubes.

Delivery : Regret I cannot be bothered with packing & shipping but I can deliver at no cost to a Central London railway station terminus, any station London to Cambridge and by car to M25/A1 services round to Dartford Crossing. Other places in north London, Hertfordshire, Essex, Cambridgeshire by arrangement and possible contribution to diesel costs.

Thanks Tel. I cannot believe how light this frame is even in a large size. If it was 3" smaller I would not be selling it but building it up and riding it !

I have been asked some questions which I will post the answers to here as others may be interested.

Head Tube Length is 21 cm between the head set cups.

Seat Pin Size. Not so easy to answer as no pin came with it and you really need a micrometer in the inch size to measure accurately. Note to self - spend out and get one !
I have tried various seat pins I have and it is definitely not 27.2 mm. 26.4 mm is a good sliding fit but you may wish to go a size or two larger. Does anyone know what seat pin size 753 tubing uses ?

On the seat post size, both mine are 26.4.

Thanks Jezmellors; that sounds about right.

I shall be travelling to the T de F in Yorkshire if any one up there or along the A1 wants it. I am camping at Harewood House. No problem to put it in the camper van.
