In 91 as I understand it the Team Issue was only available in the US and in the UK the Team Marin was the top bike. The catalogue suggests that the US Team Issue had different tubing but can’t be 100%
92 and 93 were the same. Just different group set. The 92 Team Issue had a slightly wider handlebar.
92 and 93 and 94 Team Issue are nickle coated and are prone to rust when the coating failed or was damaged so finding a decent one without rust issues is rare. German eBay is probably your best bet.
