I am long term Retrobike trader but with this post I am assisting a law firm dealing with a private estate. Further information and images can be gotten weekly as I am 40 miles from item location, all patience appreciated. Information is as accurate as possible but please confirm before purchasing as I have a lot to catalogue and advertise.
All items are used, collection preferable from Cheshire but will discuss couriers.

Not yet, I'm afraid- all the mountain bikes in the workshop are 16" so it's definitely a small, 54-56 seems a good guess.

Will measure next time I'm on site.
