It's common practise to raise the seals using a flat screwdriver in order to reload the foam rings with float fluid. This saves dropping the oil from the lower legs and removing the lower legs to get to the seals. A lite gem that I found on the mojo website was to turn your forks/bike upside down for a few hours every now and then to aid keeping the seals/foam lubricated.

I've seen forks in worse condition sell for more than this (I've sold a couple of pairs myself)..!!

£100 is a bargain for someone, surely?!

I'm more than happy to put the forks to one side for anybody who wants them, but who can't pay for them all in one go, or straight away. I'd want a £20 (non refundable) deposit though.
