ERNIE CLEMENTS CAMPAGNOLO 54 CM ROAD BIKE
I'm selling my Ernie Clements all aluminium road bike. It has a 9 speed Campagnolo group set. 53t 39t 170 mm chain set with alloy quill pedals. Campagnolo Xenon dual pivot brakes, levers, front and rear mech. Just had new cables throughout. 700c Mavic CXP 12 rims with Campagnolo Mirage hubs. I've just had the bearings replaced in the front wheel and there is a very minor deviation but we got it as true as we could but I thought it needs mentioning. Does not effect the ride or braking infact it's unnoticeable but I know it's there and
I don't like surprises either way when I'm selling. 3t Forgie alloy stem into a 1"quill to 1 1/8 ahead stem adapter. This really stiffens up the front end but it can easily be put back to a quill stem. Sinlung HL alloy drop handle bars. 27.0 mm alloy seat post with Selle Bassano saddle (Very comfy). Fitted with 2 new Continental 700 x 23c tyres and new inner tubes. No eyelets. Campagnolo bottom bracket is very smooth. Head set and seat post both move freely with no issues.
It's a light, responsive and lovely bike to ride in a very vivid blue metallic. A few stone chips but no dents to the frame.
Measurements all measured centre to centre are:
Seat post tube = 54 cm.
Top tube = 54 cm.
Head tube = 13 cm.
Stand height measured floor to top of top tube - 81.5 cm.
Collection preferred from the GL5 area of Stroud, Gloucestershire but I will courier the bike for an additional £30
