The clearout continues in the hope I can make space for all my complete bikes. Asking £64 including UK postage for this Dynatech MT4 from 1992 I believe. This was the top of the range Dynatech MTB frame with titanium chainstays in addition to the main tubes. It has scratches, paint loss etc but no dents or cracks and the threads are all good. Payment by PP gift or buyer pays the fees please. As usual I would prefer a reply in the thread followed by a PM but as the Wu Tang Clan said C.R.E.A.M. :)

Here's some pics and the vital statistics :)

Seat tube centre to centre 16.25"
Seat tube centre to top 17.5"
Top tube centre to centre 21.5"

Re: Dynatech MT4 frame

I hope this is not the wrong to place to comment, but I always wondered whether the 92 Dynatech seat stays were riveted on to the seat tube, or does it just look that way in photos? Regardless, it lends a rather nice old-school engineering look to it.

Re:

They're bolted on mate :)

Re:

Ooh! Very nice mate.

Always fancied an Ogre XT and a Quantum after going in to Battery Cycles in Plymouth and seeing them lined up in the shop. Beautiful!

I think the Orge XT was the same frame as this.

If it didn't need a bit of work I'd have it off you mate. Better stick with what I have at the moment ;)

I too was a regular ogler in Battery Cycle Works :) I would've given my right arm to have one of those 92 Dynatechs they had in there...

I don't know when they closed down, but there's a Polish shop and betting shop there now.

Re:

Used to love going in there. Would spend hours looking at the bikes in there - dreaming!

Once that place opened up on Royal Parade and Queen Ann's Battery (I think it was) it lost its way a little bit.

I left Plymouth for Uni in 1996 and it was still there I think. Don't go back that often now.

Now £68!
