Just passing on this bargain which I snapped up on eBay before realising I have too many bikes/projects and too little room!

Just after what I paid - £120 collected from South Manchester. +£20 posted to UK

90s 18” Killer V900 – unsure what year

I haven't done anything to it since I collected it - It comes with a mixture of parts – STX V brakes, gears and levers, LX cranks, a slightly more modern set of Deore wheels, Club Roost stem and unbranded carbon fibre flat bars and natty grey tyres.

Very nicely polished by the previous owner - that's rain on the pics rather than pitting etc in case it isn't clear.

Now this could be ideal for me, but would need it posted I’m afraid, so unless you are ever anywhere in central Scotland in the immediate future... I understand your reluctance to post but do please keep me in mind in the unlikely event it doesn’t sell locally.

Also, it looks like a 1994 to me, maybe a 1995 checking the catalogue’s on vintagecannondale. Any idea on size?

To be honest it’s more laziness rather than reluctance!! If it doesn’t go locally you’ll get first refusal on post.

It was sold to me as 18”... any particular measurements? The usual seat tube and top tube?

The size with these can be a pain as the seat tube is the same height on several sizes. So effective top tube and wheelbase are the sizes that give it away. And if there is a serial number that can be decoded, but that may be polished away. Also if the fork is 1 1/4 or 1 1/8 indicates 1994 or 1995 I think.

Man, the more I look at this the more I like it!

Hi mate. Centre bottom bracket to top of seat tube is 19”, top tube c-c is 22”

If this is any good I suppose I can get my arse in gear to box it up after all!
