Hello,

Bought this, got berated on here for wanting to convert it to a fixed wheel here:

So am selling it. And may buy an on-one il pompino instead. Already got a Road Ace for road duties here:

Bike is in Calne, Wiltshire but I work in Bristol and occasionally Derby.

1986 Raleigh Road Ace (WE6... Frame number).

Looks totally original except tyres.

All Shimano 600 except the Dura Ace handlebars including the correct bar end plugs.

Hi,

Nice bike - I may be interested in the bars and possibly the stem if you split.

One point - if this is original, howcome the mix of parts? DA bars, 600EX cranks, brakes, 600AX stem, SR seat post. Is that they way they were supplied in 1986?

I have looked for a 1986 brochure but can't find one. But I think it is original.
