Sure someone will be able to help with the serial.

Looking at your frame I would guess it s a 94/95. That's based on it having bullet style dropouts. And the type of silver seat collars. Also the one sticker you do have left with the big "k" is the same style as the 94/95 race light font on the side of the frame.

Here are the 1994/95/96 catalogues.

As said it an uncommon size. But like a 20" it may take a bit longer to find the find the right buyer.
