Is the syncros stem a 1", 150mm, 0 degree rise and if so would you be interested in selling it separately, thanks.

It's a 1.1/8 threaded headset so the Syncros is a 25.4 mm quill. The length is 120 mm.
I'm not splitting, sorry mate.
