is a 23" on a tour-lite a large or XL frame? im 6foot and 32-34 inside leg, I've been looking at one on flea bay, which is 22" and a 21" on there, cheers

I think that would too small for you to be honest. Not so much in standover but in reach and probably foot clearance. I really you would want 23 or larger imho.

cheers, i had a bit of a gut feeling, id be a tad cramped, the other option i got is convert my 89 avanti to a touring bike and have argos in bristol, add some braze ons
