Re:

Hello there, that is a lovely looking frame that you have there, and an interesting addition to the description;

"Original Titanium Sandvik 3Al-2,5V front triangle and 6Al/4V rear triangle"

The serial number KK16026 would indicate that it is a standard 3AL-2.5V frame. The 6-4 Rear Triangle was indeed a feature of the 1996 King Kahuna, and had a -64 Suffix to the Serial Number, similar to the example below:

Hello! Yes, it´s true. I forgot this detail. I always thought that all 97 and later KK had rear triangle in 6-4 despite not being specified in the S/N. I always thought that only in the 96KK it was necessary to specify it in the S/N adding the "-64" text at the end of S/N because in this period 96KK had the same S/N format than the Hei Hei (S/N starting by "B") and both models were in the brochure of that year. So, from 97 (when KK had their own S/N format starting by "KK") I always thought that all of KK had rear triangle in 6-4 Titanium… but probably I was wrong. But, according what I read, what it is true it's that the only pieces made of 6-4 Titanium in the frame are head tube, bottom bracket, dropouts and rear disc brake tab.

To avoid confusions I am going to modify the description of my frame…

Regards.
