they organised many xc races at the nearby rother valley country park

common practice to buy a frame from a factory and bagde it up,especially at that time when aluminium frames were becoming available quite easily and some firms were willing to sell spare capacity and overstock to anybody
still goes on today,all the big firms dont have factories in the far east they made in factories doing production runs for a multitude of "manufacturors"
am not conected in anyway to seller and was outbid on this,took a punt that if it was good enough to put a flexstem on it when new the rest might be fairly good stuff
looking at the advert i cant see anywhere where it says handbulit
