Shop looks awesome. I've said this before but I do wish my LBS would stock more products. I buy as much as I can from them when I'm in to support them and have my goodies instant and all at once but they don't help themselves by hardly stocking anything.

Had any more thoughts about keeping selling bikes?

well, i like the Genesis bikes, but they have been slow to move, but that's more because i ordered them in february last year, they didn't arrive until almost september, they should have been in the shop in july, this meant i got them at the end of the season, now we're heading towards summer i hope to get them out the door, luckily Genesis is a 2 year model run so they are still current. but i am pretty much convinced i should stick with repairs, bikes are a big investment, low mark up, size specific and a slow seller and it's the thing that most people want the biggest discount on. so i might just not re-order any bikes. that said, Orange, they have bugger all bikes at the moment as they are still reeeling from the issues they had a year or so ago. as a result they are not pushing me to have bikes, basically they can be done to order and i have one of each of most of their models so i'm thinking that when the Genesis bikes are sold through i could just have a huge amount of space in the shop and show off just some Oranges to sell from.
