so i thought i'd do another update.
the biggest thing is the shop has doubled in size! basically the fishing shop next door closed, unfortunately he just wasn't taking enough money, also with a few family issues he felt it was better to move on and do other things, this presented me with the option of taking on his unit or risking a numpty opening a business there that might not be ideal to be next door to. so the rent has obvs gone up, it's doubled then less 10% so not horrendous and i'm still below the rates as well so that helps.
so the challenge over the last few you months has been to refit the new part of the shop, fill it with bikes and make it looks nice! the first bikes i wanted to go for (after Orange) were hybrids as this is what i get asked for most so i have picked up Ridgeback bikes, Dawes bikes, which includes Claud Butler, British Eagle and Squish kids bikes the plan is also to look at doing GT bikes for entry to mid range MTB's and i pretty much won't be selling road bikes as too many other shops are fighting over them.
anyway here are some pics, i'm gonna go back to uploading pics as attachments now as flikr want money so it wouldn't surprise me if at somepoint some of the pics in this thread don't disappear.

haven't used the attach image function in ages, flikr wants money now so i'm gonna stop using it but i didn't realise that the photos i take on my phone show in the correct rotation but when uploaded it changes if i've taken them with the phone turned.
