107 mm is at the low end but certainly not unheard of. See Sheldon's BB database: https://www.sheldonbrown.com/bbsize.html. As above, I wouldn't worry about the small dent but I would use little touch up paint on it to inhibit rusting.

Hi Volker (we do know each others , nice to meet your here too), just noticed those BioRacer MTBs. I haven't heard from them earlier, but the are really nice
There is one thing which may help to better date those bikes, the s-bend seat stays.
Maybe Bioracer was early or first, but otherwise I haven't seen those before 1994.

I had my eye on the white frame (then full built bike) too. But the seller didn't react to my messages. Nice one too as it came with the original fork.
