Well, That didn't looked very good at start but luckily for me it was only surface rust. All tubes weren't rotten but healthy.

S/N 00859W, apparently early 89' production.

Frame has been professionally sand blasted, powder-coated and lacquered over. Should last next 20 years.

Decided to go mainly with Suntour.

New press-in bearings and collars.

Not ATB or BMX but motorcycle Oury grips.

Love that Nitto bull-moose bars Zig Zag style, even if they're to old for Wicked. Don't care, always wanted such a thing.
Just today bought Brooks saddle (My goodness what a great thing, so comfy!!) and had a short spin.

A very happy day it was today

Ah, yes I agree. Just throw too much money in to it and to keep expenses reasonable low, ended up with miss-matched black bin Smoke/IRC Piranha.
