How about this beauty. It's very small with short stem, narrow bars and reach adjust brake levers for small hands. Also swapped out the heavy sus forks for some GT rigid in rad red! 26" wheel, obvs...

How about a Fusion frame? Measures up 13/14" c2c. Steel frame with similar geometery to a Kona. 1&1/4" headset that I could include and matching forks.
