I'm after a low cost small rigid MTB frame (14" or 15") to set up a turbo bike for my wife. It doesn't have to be retro or too fancy but if it could eventually be built up into a decent lightweight retromod conversion it would be a bonus. Anything considered but a 14" Kona Lisa would be sweet!
