Just spent most of today getting my new Moser up and running, everything running sweet as a nut now, just waiting on new bar tape and hoods. Admittedly theres not much of a theme with regards to the build, got pretty much every brand available on there. Hopefully get out on it this week.

I'm liking that, and I like your approach too, just get it built and ridden. You can always upgrade or go for a more consistent build as you go along.

I reckon white Benotto bar tape would look great on that.

i like this a lot, f&r derailleurs are Mavic SSC what are the hubs? levers and brakes?

Yep, going for white on white for the bars / hoods, should look a treat.

Hubs are Miche, levers are Aero Gran Compes and brakes are Dura Ace.

Simplex Friction shifters, nice.

Really like the Mavic derailleurs. The SSC parts look pure class.

well i must say, you've got a pretty half decent mavic ssc groupset on your hands.

If it was me, i'd ditch the gran compe brake calipers and start looking for mavic/modolos. those da brakes would get you towards some mavic ones.

mavic used modolo to manufacture their brakes and levers but if you can find those models with mavic printed on them, they're worth a few dineros.

and there's always the starfish cranks and the mavic 500/501 hubs, they roll smooth and look fantastic.

Some bikes suit the Mavic parts, this certainly works here. Shame the Starfish ch/set is such a lump.
