Skinny tubed steel frame wanted

Hello.
I'm looking for a skinny tubed steel frame - a 90s Yo Eddy or a Salsa or something would be perfect, but realistically, a Kona, Orange, that sort of thing. About a 20 or 21 inch please.

The steel tubing on a Yo would not qualify as skinny

If you fancied a project I have a blue 1992 Saracen Tufftrax 21" frame, headset, stem, bb, the complete internal rear brake cable & ... a well-stuck seatpost. Really needing the space in my garage so £25 posted. Might be able to supply a few other parts too.
